Shiyi Cheng is Senior R&D Director at Transpire Bio, responsible for leading the research on innovative aerosol technology and the development of respiratory drug delivery device. As an engineering expert, he has nearly 20 years of experience in innovative technology research and product development, including safety equipments, consumer electronics, intelligent products and medical devices.
He is keen to transform scientific and technological achievements into healthcare products through engineering means, and has led the development of a number of inhalation devices, including DPIs, SMIs and nebulizers.
